Hello There!
When I think of my childhood, I see myself running wild and free, never far from the woods and river, where I could imagine my own fairytale world. Working on my art feels like a return to that carefree, adventurous time in my life, and I can't imagine a more fulfilling and exciting job!
I work primarily in digital and watercolor, combining the two to create illustrations and patterns based off of my surroundings and my imagination. Many of my illustrations go directly to print, and made into greeting cards, prints, and stickers for my wholesale-only shop, Folk Meadow.
These days, you can find me with a cup of tea, lazily strolling the woods and meadow in Mid-Michigan, alongside my husband and daughter, dreaming up what fairytale scene I want to draw next.
